Two-Year MBA/PGPM

The two-year MBA/PGPM at IBS is a rigorous general management program designed to transform students into versatile professionals. The curriculum is structured across four semesters, blending core subjects with specialized electives to provide both academic depth and industry relevance.

  • The First Year (Semesters I & II) covers core courses in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, and Information Technology. In the Second year (Semesters III & IV), students study integrated management, strategy, and advanced courses in the form of Electives. Students graduate with the technical, human, and conceptual skills required to manage complex business environments and meet the future demands of the industry.

Summer Internship Program

Summer Internship Program

The Summer Internship Program (SIP), scheduled after the completion of Semester 2, provides students with an opportunity to gain real-life experience of the concepts studied during the first year. This 14-week internship is a crucial component of education at IBS, aiming to bridge the gap between academic institutions and the professional world. By immersing students in real-life business environments, the SIP helps them sharpen technical skills, adapt to workplace demands, and build professional networks.

IBS generates and allocates SIPs for all students based on their skill sets, innate abilities, and interests. This integral part of the program ensures students are well-prepared to transition from the classroom to the corporate world.
