IBS collaborates with several national and international firms to train its students in specialized areas such as information technology, business analysis, and research. These partnerships include the following:
IT Programs
Microsoft – IT Academy Program: IBS partners with Microsoft under the Microsoft IT Academy Program to offer ongoing training, assessment, and certification for students.
IBM – Rational Software: In association with IBM, IBS provides training in Rational Software, a suite that helps students improve productivity in code-centric, model-driven, and rapid application development, process portfolio management, software configuration management, and quality management.
SAS – The Power to Know: Through a learning partnership with SAS, IBS offers students access to SAS business intelligence and data mining applications.
SAP UCC: To bring SAP into the classroom, IBS has established an alliance for SAP UCC (University Competency Compliance) with Queensland University, Australia. This program introduces students to the functionality of ERP on the world-renowned SAP platform. It prepares students to confidently adopt and learn complete SAP modules in the future, enhancing their career prospects.
SPSS: To help students evaluate business processes analytically and efficiently, IBS has entered into an academic association with SPSS.
iThink Software: IBS provides access to the simulation software iThink, enabling students to create models that simulate business processes and scenarios, and to understand the impact of different business decisions and their possible outcomes.
Professional Bodies & NGO Programs
Professional Bodies: IBS is a member of several professional bodies, including the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS), All India Management Association, Ahmedabad Management Association, Bengaluru Management Association, Bombay Management Association, Kolkata Management Association, Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), Indian Academy of Social Sciences, Indian Accounting Association, Indian Commerce Association, Indian Institute of Material Management, and The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE).
The Resource Alliance, UK: The Resource Alliance is a global charity organization registered in the UK that has been supporting the social sector worldwide for the last 30 years. To help train NGOs in India, IBS, in partnership with the Resource Alliance, conducts a Certification Course on Resource Mobilisation and Communication (RMC). These globally accredited courses have been held successfully in Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Chennai, and Jaipur, with overseas participants from Africa also attending.
Banking Programs
HDFC Bank: IBS has collaborated with HDFC Bank to offer a customized certification program for students shortlisted by the bank. These students qualify for placements separately. The faculty for this program is drawn from both HDFC and IBS.
