IBS offers the following Programs:
2-year full time MBA program at IBS Hyderabad, IBS Dehradun, IBS Jaipur and IBS Bangalore (off campus of IFHE Hyderabad).
2-year full time PGPM (Postgraduate Program in Management) at 5 IBS campuses – Ahmedabad, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune.
3-year Ph.D program (Full Time / For working executives) at IBS Hyderabad, IBS Bangalore.
Academic Qualification
Graduation (any discipline) with 50% and above marks, with English as the medium of instruction. Applicants must have completed a minimum of 15 years of education (10+2+3 or 10+2+4). The aggregate percentage will be calculated based on marks obtained in all subjects across all years.
English Proficiency
Candidates who did not have English as the medium of instruction at graduation are required to submit a valid TOEFL/ NELT/ IELTS score by May 31, 2026.
Final-Year Students
Applicants in the final year of their bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply, provided they complete all graduation requirements (including practical exams, viva, and assignments) by May 31, 2026. Proof of graduation must be submitted by November 1, 2026.
Verification & Responsibility
Scrutiny of eligibility criteria will begin from August 2026. Candidates are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all requirements. Any incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information may lead to withdrawal of the admission offer, and the fee paid will be non-refundable.

Academic Qualification
Graduation (any discipline) with 50% and above marks, with English as the medium of instruction.
Post-graduation in Management (full-time, with specialization in Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, or Operations) from a UGC-approved university with 55% and above marks, OR Post-graduation (full-time) in Economics, Commerce, Psychology, Sociology, Public Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or an allied discipline from a UGC-recognized university in India or abroad, with 55% and above marks, OR
A professional qualification such as CFA / CA / CWA / CS with 55% and above marks.
Additional Requirement
Candidates offered admission must complete the first-year MBA courses as a prerequisite to continue in the Ph.D. program.
Years of Education
Applicants should have completed a minimum of 17 years of regular education (10+2+3+2 or 10+2+4+2 pattern).

Candidates must appear for the IBSAT 2025 test scheduled on December 27–28, 2025, or apply with valid scores (2023 onwards) from GMAT™, CAT, NMAT by GMAC™, or XAT.
Taking the IBSAT 2025 makes candidates eligible for a ₹2 lakh scholarship.
In both cases, candidates are required to complete the IBSAT 2025 application form to proceed further.

Yes. IBSAT is conducted every year for admission to all programs of IBS. It is a 2hr Remote Proctored Computer Based Test which can be taken from home. IBSAT 2025 test is scheduled on December 27-28, 2025.
IBSAT is a Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of multiple-choice questions. The duration of the exam is two hours. The paper is divided into four sections Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Ability and Data Adequacy & Data Interpretation.
IBSAT paper has 140 questions in total which are multiple choice questions with no negative marking.

Yes. Mock Tests will be provided for the candidates to familiarize with IBSAT 2025 test. These mock tests will be available on www.ibsindia.org from July 2025 onwards.
